Factal is looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and scale our enterprise SaaS growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for a proven B2B marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to scale a demand generation engine within a growing, mission-driven team.
We have a great story to tell and a phenomenal reputation in the market. You’ll drive the marketing strategy – from positioning and messaging to campaigns and content. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership to drive qualified pipeline, elevate brand visibility and support member retention and expansion.
At Factal, everyone’s a doer, and this role is no different. You’ll shape the marketing strategy and own much of the execution.

The base pay range for this role is $105,000 - $135,000. Compensation is a mix of base salary, bonus and stock options. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
