About this role:

Factal is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our go-to-market team. As an integral part of our continued growth strategy, you will work to prospect and generate qualified leads for the Account Executive Team. This role requires a determined mindset, hunger for consistent improvement, and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume cold outreach campaigns and CRM tools. Achieve success in this role and you will have ample opportunity for growth at Factal.

Compensation is a mix of a competitive base salary, commission and stock options. This role will begin as full-time in office position with work from home flexibility provided upon manager approval.

What you will be doing:

  • Work directly with the sales leadership team to develop and execute scalable outreach campaigns that include cold-calling & emailing to drive qualified leads to the Account Executive Team
  • Efficiently prospect for decision makers and key stakeholders utilizing contact database software to build targeted lists and sales automation tools to connect.
  • Update records of interactions with leads in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Help Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our sales process
  • Provide suggestions and insight for the creation and development of marketing materials, including physical and digital collateral, and web presentations/product demonstrations

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least one (1) year of experience working full-time in a sales development role for a B2B company
  • Be able to convey value propositions and encourage engagement through exceptional oral and written communication
  • Bring a strong knowledge of sales tools like HubSpot, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Want to measure their success using metrics and welcome constructive feedback
